I decided since I spent so much time reading other people's blogs on teaching in the Bush that I would write a blog. This way I can share with my friends from all over the world at the same time and with others who are looking into this adventure that I am embarking upon.
So last Friday was the Anchorage job fair. I went into the job fair nervous and as the day progressed I actually got more and more worried and then things changed. It was quite an adventure. I will write soon to describe that crazy day, but the important part was the final outcome. I will be going to Kobuk to teach Math and Science!
